Service Description

The Bibby Contracting engineer will remove all accessible covers, check components, connections, elements and clean the inside of the unit. If any parts are required such as new elements you can order these below. The storage heater will need to be cold to carry out this work so please ensure the heater is turned off the day before the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy before booking our services. We appreciate that life has a habit of surprising all of us so we aim to be fair with our cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the start time we will issue a refund. If you cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start time we will issue a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to the start time we will not issue a refund.
