Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy before booking our services. We appreciate that life has a habit of surprising all of us so we aim to be fair with our cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the start time we will issue a refund. If you cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start time we will issue a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to the start time we will not issue a refund.
