Service Description

This service is for one of our electricians to attend your property at a time to suit you between 9am and 5pm with five days notice. The fee includes traveling to you and up to one hour on site. If additional time or materials are required we will provide you with a quote or estimate before carrying out the work. You will have no nasty surprises, you will know exactly what the work will cost before we start.

Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancelation policy before booking our services. We appreciate that life has a habit of surprising all of us so we aim to be fair with our cancelation policy. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the start time we will issue a refund. If you cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start time we will issue a 50% refund. If you cancel less than4 hours prior to the start time we will not issue a refund.
